TAC contracts for major VA IT programs, and this RFI asks for RPA readiness across its workforce. The course is built around that work.

Here is a short preview of our three-day live course for TAC. By the end, staff can spot a good automation candidate and build a first working flow.

Day one: RPA basics and VA-aligned demos on synthetic data. Day two: bot logic, exceptions and audit logging. Day three: brainstorming, the lab and a capstone.

Students judge each process with a written checklist that covers VA data sensitivity and Section 508.

Groups then place their own TAC processes, such as purchase request intake or a contract file check, on an impact-effort matrix.

In the lab, each student builds one flow in Power Automate: a new request in a SharePoint list is checked for required fields.

Then they test it. A complete request is marked ready for review and a Teams message goes out.

The run history shows a failed run, the reason and how to resubmit. All lab data is sample data.

At TAC, the same flow could check a purchase request package for required documents and tell the contract specialist it is ready.

I teach every session live, with a second team member in every session, mostly helping in the lab.

The first course is $22,000 for up to 25 students, and each repeat is $7,000.
